The Beginning-

Getting Married? We are so glad you are here and feel absolutely honored! Nothing is more rewarding than the celebration of love and unity. So, let us make your “Big Day” as unique and special as can be.

Inquire-

First things first, reach out! Fill out the inquiry form and see if your date is available; we will get back to you as soon as possible once received. From there, we will set a date for a phone interview and provide a free consultation. We recommend reaching out to secure your date no longer than three months in advance to avoid “already taken” days. Are you eloping and want something small and fast for your “Big Day”? All the Details-

Once in the consultation, we will discuss all the details of the “Big Day” and get it all down on paper. The beginning stages will form from there, and you will receive a draft of the first quote. The first draft will give you a breakdown of everything you want for your “Big Day.” Trust us; we want to make all your wedding visions come to life! If you want to move forward, we will then schedule for another consultation for a more detailed proposal. From there a deposit is required to secure your date and a file is created for your "Big Day!" The designing begins!

The Final Proposal-

Communication is crucial throughout this process, and we want to make sure we provide you with everything you desire for your "Big Day." Once everything has been approved and finalized, the remaining payment will be collected precisely ONE MONTH before the wedding. After this payment is made, no further changes can be accommodated. This policy allows us to ensure that we can source all the requested flowers without any delays. We will do our best to fulfill all your requests; however, please keep in mind that flowers are seasonal. As we prioritize using our homegrown flowers and locally sourced blooms from growers in the Valley, some of your requested flowers may not be available. In such cases, we will communicate with you prior to the event to discuss possible substitutions. We understand how important this day is for the wonderful couple, and we aim to make sure everything is perfect.

Delivery and Setup-

We take great care in packaging every item with love before delivery. For optimal freshness, we strongly recommend scheduling delivery on the day of the wedding. During our consultation, we will work together to establish a suitable time frame for setup. Once the items have been delivered, we are no longer responsible for any issues that may arise. If your wedding requires assistance with setup and breakdown, we will gladly make those arrangements during our consultation.
