Shipping policy

 

At Florence & Rose Floral Co., we only provide delivery services for specific zip codes in Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, Scottsdale and Phoenix, but if you are located "Out of Zone" please call to see if we can make those accommodations. 

Delivery fees vary by zones:

Zone 1: 85233, 85234 - Delivery Fee: FREE

Zone 2: 85210, 85204, 85296, 85225 - Delivery Fee: $10.00

Zone 3: 85224, 85202, 85206, 85295 - Delivery Fee: $15.00

Zone 4: 85201, 85203, 85213, 85205, 85208, 85209, 85212, 85297, 85286, 85226, 85284, 85283, 85282, 85281 - Delivery Fee: $20.00

Zone 5: 85018, 85254, 85248, 85298, 85118, 85249, 85007, 85042, 85016, 85142, 85120, 85257, 85251, 85250, 85253, 85008, 85034, 85003, 85004, 85006, 85014, 85012, 85013, 85140 - Delivery Fee: $25.00

Zone 6: 85255, 85119, 85260, 85258, 85256 - Delivery Fee: $30.00

Zone 7: 85215, 85340 - Delivery Fee: $40.00

For deliveries to a zip code outside our zones, please call us at (480) 900-2228. We can discuss a possible delivery and fee.

Scheduling: We schedule deliveries from Monday-Friday from 11 am-5 pm with a minimum purchase amount of $100. NO SAME-DAY DELIVERIES. We are only open Saturday for wedding deliveries and other events from 11 am-5 pm. If for any reason the delivery needs to be before 11 am on Saturday, please let us know prior in the consultation. We are closed on Sunday, but if your event is on Sunday, again, during the consultation we can possibly work out a delivery for your event. 

Time Frame: We cannot guarantee an exact time for delivery, but we can work out a time frame if, for any reason, the item or items need to get to you or the recipient at a specific time; otherwise, all deliveries will be delivered based on the route and in between 11 am-5 pm. Please call us at (480) 900-2228 for these specifications. 

Additional Information: Each delivery will be carefully checked and packaged for safe travel. Each arrangement that goes out for delivery, the recipient will receive a phone call before the delivery to make sure someone is home to receive the flowers. Always add your information as the sender (under the billing address column) and all the recipient's information, correct address, and phone number. If there are any concerns, we will reach out to you first (the sender). We do not leave the arrangement outside unless the sender or recipient requests otherwise. In that case, it is the recipient or sender's responsibility; we are no longer responsible for anything that should happen to the flowers if left outside. If we cannot reach the recipient or sender upon arrival, we will give a five-minute grace period. After that time, if we still cannot get a hold of the recipient or the sender, we will hold onto the flowers and reschedule a new delivery. There will be an additional charge for the re-delivery. 

Delivery Rescheduling: If the delivery date needs to be changed, we need at least 24 hours' notice. Also, suppose you need to change the delivery address as well. In that case, we will recalculate the delivery fee based on which zone it is going to.
