Refund policy
Here at Florence & Rose Floral Co., we want you always to get the utmost pleasant experience while shopping here. Hence, if the florals do not meet your expectations, we want to solve the issue firsthand rather than you being upset. We can't predict nature, and flowers are perishable; if the flowers go down within 24 hours, please reach out. In that case, we kindly ask you to call us at (480) 900-2228 and then email us detailed photos of the arrangement or bouquet to troubleshoot the issue. The email address is info@florencerosefloral.com. Suppose the flowers in the arrangement or bouquet are unavailable due to inventory. In that case, we will find substitute flowers as close to shape, color, and size as possible. We will schedule an appropriate time frame to pick up the arrangement, refresh and send it back out.
After 24 hours, we will not issue a refresh or refund. However, if you are unsatisfied, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at (480) 900-2228. We will do our best to work out a solution. As always, communication is key.
Dried Products: Since these goods are dried and preserved, they are very FRAGILE. There will be loose shedding from any grasses, loose stems from grasses, potential poking, etc. Therefore, please be aware of being careful with these products and using caution. We will not accept a return or issue a refund in the case of breakage of dried products.
